As the former Head of Design at Bitmovin, I spearheaded the revitalization of the Bitmovin brand, steering the design organization towards success and accountability for the founders and marketing team's outcomes. With a holistic perspective, I provided creative vision not only for the design team but also for the entire company and its various functions. I implemented effective processes and practices that brought our vision to life, setting high standards for quality. While leading the way, I actively engaged in hands-on design work, delivering exceptional design output across multiple deliverables.

I constantly evolved the brand definition and design principles, fostering meaningful conversations and gathering input from other leaders within the organization. This collaborative approach ensured that our principles were accurately interpreted and reflected in the output of both the design team and the entire company.

My core responsibilities encompassed:

Constructing the company’s first brand foundation from the ground up, auditing every facet of the brand to the last detail and revamping the brand with a completely new strategy.
Managing, evangelizing, and optimizing the creative output of the company across all touch-points.
Collaborating directly with the C-Suite to shape the company strategy and build the brand.
Creating and establishing the new vision, mission, and values of the company.
Nurturing vendor relationships for projects of all scales.
Recruiting and hiring freelance talent as required.
Managing the design and development efforts of the company website.
Training, mentoring, championing, and managing the internal marketing and design team members on a daily basis.
